Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (12 ounce) dry shell pasta
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup peas (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 cans (6 ounce) tuna (undrained)
  • 2 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (4.5 ounce) sliced mushrooms (undrained, use only 1/2 can)
  • 2 green onions,chopped
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed (jalapeno potato chips)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  • Step 2: Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes, or until very al dente; drain.

  • Step 3: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

  • Step 4: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix pasta, onion, green onion,jalapenos, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms.

  • Step 5: Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
