Step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Step 2: Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes, or until very al dente; drain.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 4: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix pasta, onion, green onion,jalapenos, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms.
Step 5: Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
