  • 1 can (12 ounce) 7-up
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 6 limes (cut up squeezed, it called for calamansi)
  • 2 pounds pork shoulder roast (sliced thin into 1-1/2" pieces)
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • Marinade (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
