  • 1 slice (1 ounce) Pepper Jack cheese
  • Lettuce leaf(1 leaf iceberg)
  • 1 tablespoon onions (French fried onions, they had spicy so toss with cayenne a pinch)
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, sliced
  • Sauce (Angry Whopper Sauce, 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 (2 ounce) bread bun (toasted, sesame seed bun)
  • 1/4 pound ground beef

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat a barbecue grill on high.

  • Step 2: Toast both halves of the bun, face down, in a hot skillet.

  • Step 3: Set aside.

  • Step 4: Form the beef into a thin patty slightly larger than the bun.

  • Step 5: Lightly salt the hamburger patty and cook on the barbecue grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.

  • Step 6: Build the burger in the following stacking order from the bottom up: bottom bun, hamburger patty, Pepper Jack cheese, jalapenos, bacon, Angry Whopper sauce, onion petals, tomatoes, lettuce, top bun.
