Step 1: In a blender combine eggs with baking powder, sour cream, light cream, onion salt, garlic and black pepper; blend until smooth; set aside.
Step 2: In a large skillet saute the bell peppers and onion in butter until tender (about 4 minutes).
Step 3: Add in the cubed potatoes and ham; stir until heated through.
Step 4: Pour in the egg mixture to the skillet; cook over medium heat until the eggs are just set.
Step 5: Sprinkle cheese over the top and allow to melt.
