Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce) crab meat
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce) lobster meat (if you can't find canned lobster sub another can of shrimp or other seafood)
  • 1 can (5 ounce) shrimp
  • 3 cups rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (buttered)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain and pick over the canned seafood. Leave the shrimp whole.

  • Step 2: In a 2 quart casserole mix the rice, soup and milk, parsley and pepper. Stir in the seafood.

  • Step 3: Mix the bread crumbs and cheese together and add on top of the mixture in the casserole.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
