Step 1: In a deep skillet heat the oil.
Step 2: Chop coarsely the onion and lightly fry it in the heated oil.
Step 3: Add the chicken breasts and fry on the both sides until golden brown.
Step 4: Transfer the chicken breast with the onion in a plate, cover and keep warm.
Step 5: Add 1 more tbsp olive oil if needed, add the flour and stir until it becomes like a white sauce.
Step 6: Add the red paprika, continue stirring to dissolve it in the sauce, add the beer,
Step 7: Add the chicken with the onion, salt, and the parsley.
Step 8: Reduce heat on low and cook until about 30 minutes.
Step 9: Serve warm.
Step 10: Originally this recipe is served with a boiled white rice.
