Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 avocado (ripe)
  • 24 ounces tomatoes (4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped)
  • 3 to 4 chilies (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 yellow onion, grated
  • 3 teaspoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Lime juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel, pit and mash the avocados and then combine them with the next 4 ingredients (-cilantro). Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lime juice over top to prevent the guacamole from turning brown and bury an avocado pit in the guacamole - remove before serving.

  • Step 2: Garnish with cilantro sprigs if desired and serve with tortilla chips.
