  • 1/2 pound shrimp (prawns, peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup carrot, julienne
  • 1/4 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced diagonally
  • 1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 pound linguine (cooked and kept warm)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Stir-fry prawns, carrots, celery, green onions and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat about 3 minutes or until prawns start to turn pink.

  • Step 2: Combine remaining ingredients except pasta in small bowl; mix well.

  • Step 3: Add to prawn mixture; stir-fry about 1 minute or until sauce thickens.

  • Step 4: Serve over pasta.
