  • 1 3/4 pounds shrimp (large shrimp, peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
