Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Place chicken between two sheets of waxed paper and flatten to thickness of about 1/4 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin. season both both of the chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Fold each prosciutto slice in half and roll up tightly. Fold each swiss cheese slice around the prosciutto. Place one cheese roll on 1 long side of a chicken breast and then roll up jelly roll fashion, tucking in ends. Secure with toothpick. Repeat with remaining chicken and cheese rolls.
Step 4: Dip each chicken roll-up into egg and then dreaded in breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Place in baking dish. Drizzle butter over all.
Step 6: Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
