Step 1: Heat oven to 400° F.
Step 2: Pat fish pieces with paper towels and place in a shallow roasting pan. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
Step 3: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 4: Heat garlic and olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat until garlic is aromatic, about 3 minutes.
Step 5: Add tomatoes, pine nuts and raisins and stir until blended.
Step 6: Serve hot over baked fish.
