How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the salmon and apple juice and soy sauce in a large re-sealable plastic bag, take as much of the air out of the bag as you can; seal and keep refrigerated for 2 hours.

  • Step 2: Mix together the apple sauce, mustard, horseradish, maple syrup and garlic powder.

  • Step 3: Remove the salmon from the marinade and place skin side down on a baking pan that has been coated with non-stick spray.

  • Step 4: Season the fish with salt and pepper and coat the top and sides with all of the sauce.

  • Step 5: Place in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.

  • Step 6: Turn the broiler on and place the fish on the top shelf of the oven and broil until sauce starts to brown and sticks to the fish like a crust.

  • Step 7: Enjoy!
