Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (dry)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery leaves, chopped
  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce) crab meat (drained and picked over)
  • 12 ounces sliced bacon (12 slices, cut in half)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In medium bowl mix tomato juice and egg, add bread crumbs, seasoning, parsley and celery leaves, then crab meat.

  • Step 2: Mix thoroughly and roll into finger lengths.

  • Step 3: Wrap each roll with 1/2 strip of bacon and fasten with toothpick.

  • Step 4: Place on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Step 5: Broil, turning frequently to brown evenly.
