Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed (szechuan peppercorns)
  • 1 pound cod fish fillets (or 4 cod fish fillet)
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2: Spray roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Combine soy sauce, apple juice, ginger, garlic and Szechuan peppercorns in small bowl; mix well.

  • Step 4: Place cod fillets in prepared pan; pour soy sauce mixture over fish.

  • Step 5: Bake about 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.

  • Step 6: Transfer fish to serving dish; pour pan juices over fish and sprinkle with green onions.
