  • 8 cups diced potatoes
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 8 grams bouillon cubes (2 cubes, chicken)
  • 75 grams ham (1/2 cup diced)
  • FOR THICKENING
  • 250 grams instant non-fat dry milk (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups milk
