Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (separated and tips removed)
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F.

  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; coat the foil with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet so they do not touch; season with salt.

  • Step 4: Bake in preheated oven until browned and crispy on top, about 20 minutes.

  • Step 5: Flip the wings with tongs and cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes more.

  • Step 6: Preheat the broiler and place the wings on the top shelf of the broiler (6” from heat) and broil for 3 minutes, turn over and broil for another 3 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink by the bone.

  • Step 7: Stir together the Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, cider vinegar, salt, pepper and hot sauce in large mixing bowl.

  • Step 8: Add the wings to the bowl and toss with a spatula to coat evenly.

  • Step 9: Allow to sit for abut five minutes and toss again to re-coat.

  • Step 10: Transfer to a plate to serve.
