  • 2/3 cup powdered peanut butter (PB2)
  • 2 teaspoons Thai curry paste (or more, to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 lime (juice of, fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup low-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoons brown Sugar
