  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook carrot slices still done; drain and rinse.

  • Step 2: Put carrots, green pepper, and onion into a bowl; set aside.

  • Step 3: In a saucepan mix the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring until thoroughly blended; pour over veggies and refrigerate for at least one hour and better yet, for a few hours.
