  • Step 1: Preheat grill to high.

  • Step 2: Thread 3 cloves of garlic onto a large toothpick.

  • Step 3: Repeat with remaining garlic.

  • Step 6: Loosely wrap each kebab in aluminum foil.

  • Step 7: Arrange on grill.

  • Step 8: Cook until tender, about 5 minutes per side, turning with tongs. Remove foil in last few minutes to brown garlic slightly.
