Step 1: Preheat grill to high.
Step 2: Brush and oil grill grate.
Step 3: Using a metal skewer, make a starter hole in the center of each peach quarter (from outside to pit side).
Step 4: Push a cinnamon stick through a peach quarter.
Step 5: Add a mint leaf.
Step 6: Add another peach quarter.
Step 7: Repeat with remaining cinnamon sticks, peaches and mint.
Step 8: Combine the butter, sugar, rum and salt in a saucepan and boil until thick and syrupy, 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 9: Grill the peaches over direct heat until nicely browned on both sides, 2 to 4 minutes per side, basting with the rum butter.
Step 10: Serve hot.
