Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups 2% milk
  • 2 ounces edam cheese (grated)
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 ounces gruyere cheese (grated)
  • 2 ounces fontina cheese (grated)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in the flour. Continue stirring & cooking for about 2 minutes.

  • Step 2: Slowly add your milk, stirring & blending all the time. Bring to a boil stirring until you have a thickened sauce.

  • Step 3: Stir in the cheeses. Continue cooking & stirring until the cheese has melted.

  • Step 4: Add salt & pepper.
