Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (2 pound) frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 1 jar (16 ounce) cheddar sauce (ragu double cheddar sauce)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine hash browns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, Cheddar cheese,sauce, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Place mixture in a 3 quart casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
