  • 12 ounces potatoes, chopped (2 potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons rice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 1: Fry bacon. saute onions.

  • Step 2: Add rest of ingredients, simmer 40 minutes until everything is soft, check for seasoning can add crumbled bacon if you wish.
