Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds beef shank (shin)
  • 6 cups beef stock
  • 40 grams lima beans (1/2 cup, frozen)
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup green peas
  • 1/3 cup chopped yellow onion

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the beef shin for 3 hours in beef stock until meat falls off bone.

  • Step 2: Take the bone out (it said use meat for another dish but I'm leaving in). Add veggies and seasoning, continue cooking for 30 minutes until all veggies tender.
