  • FOR DIP
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Step 1: Heat the fat.

  • Step 2: Dip liver in flour, mix and fry until browned.

  • Step 3: Mix cream and stock then pour over meat.

  • Step 4: Cover and cook until tender simmering for 40 minutes (check to make sure not sticking may need to add a little water).
