  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs (hard-boiled, cut into small wedges)
  • Dill, fresh sprigs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Cut potatoes into thick slices and place in a large bowl.

  • Step 3: Add oil and toss to coat well.

  • Step 5: Remove potatoes from oven and cool slightly.

  • Step 6: To serve, top each potato slice with a little salmon, a teaspoon of sour cream, an egg wedge, and dill sprig.
