Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons oil (cooking oil)
  • 1 pound soba noodles
  • 1 yellow onion (cubed)
  • 1/2 pound broccoli (floret)
  • 1/2 pound zucchini (sliced)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 1/4 pound beef sirloin (thin sliced, or 1/4 pound chopped chicken or pound lb shrimp)
  • 4 ounces fresh chopped ginger (chopped fine)
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, garnish
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • Sriracha sauce, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix sauce ingredients together.

  • Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons oil to hot wok.

  • Step 3: Stir fry meat, then add onion, fresh ginger and garlic.

  • Step 4: Add vegetables and cook until tender.

  • Step 5: Add sauce; add noodles and stir fry.

  • Step 6: Do not add water.

  • Step 7: To serve, top with green onion.
