Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2: Sift dry ingredients. =Cut in shortening. Mix with milk.
Step 3: Flour board with 1/4 cup flour, then knead the dough, using remaining flour.
Step 4: Roll dough out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Step 5: Use 5 inch biscuit cutter.
Step 6: Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes (this seems long to me check at 15 minutes).
