Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • 3 ounces gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (cooked, drained and chopped, I used frozen chopped spinach)
  • 3 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound dry spaghetti pasta
  • 3 ounces grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a pot over low heat bring the cream to a simmer and then add the gorgonzola and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach and ricotta. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and keep warm.

  • Step 2: Cook spaghetti until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain well. Return pasta to pot and add sauce and toss.

  • Step 3: Transfer pasta to a large serving bowl and sprinkle with the parmesan.
