We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (350 degrees F if using dark or nonstick cooking sheets).

  • Step 2: Unroll both cans of dough, and separate into 8 rectangles (2 pie shapes per rectangle).

  • Step 3: Using an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan, arrange 4 rectangles in ring, leaving a space between each. Then make a second layer on top, to fill in the empty spaces (Dough will overlap and each rectangle will hang over the edge of pan. Dough ring should look like a sun.) There will be an open square in the middle of the pan.

  • Step 4: Spread onions and black olives on the bottom halves of rectangles.

  • Step 5: Top with half of the cheese.

  • Step 6: Layer Salami, Ham and Capocollo slices over cheese.

  • Step 7: Arrange pepper rings on top of meat.

  • Step 8: Cover with remaining half of cheese.

  • Step 9: Bring each dough rectangle hanging over side of pan up over stacked filling.

  • Step 10: Tuck dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).

  • Step 11: Sprinkle with black pepper.

  • Step 12: Bake 18-22 minutes, or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked.

  • Step 13: Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.
