  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar (4 ounce) pimientos (drained)
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast (chopped)
  • 1 package (16 ounce) dry egg noodles (cooked drained)
  • Paprika (dash)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Poach chicken and in stock until done.

  • Step 2: Saute the veggies in butter until just crisp. Add flour cook.
