  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 1/2 vegebase (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 teaspoons yeast

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fit the kneading blade firmly on the shaft of the bread pan.

  • Step 2: Measure the dry ingredients (flour - salt) and transfer to the pan. Add liquid ingredients (water - honey) and yeast. Place bread pan in the machine.

  • Step 3: Program the machine for whole wheat bread and press start.

  • Step 4: At the end of the baking style remove bread and invert on a wire rack.

  • Step 5: Allow to cool before slicing.
