Step 1: Mix together green onions, garlic, hoisin, peanut butter, ginger, soy, sesame oil, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce (all the ingredients except the thighs and cilantro)
Step 2: Arrange thighs in an oven prood dish, spoon the sauce over the chicken
Step 3: Bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes or until the thighs are cooked and well browned
Step 4: Sprinkle with the cilantro and serve
