  • 2 pounds chicken thighs (skinless, bone in)
  • 1/3 cup green onions, minced (white and green parts)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together green onions, garlic, hoisin, peanut butter, ginger, soy, sesame oil, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce (all the ingredients except the thighs and cilantro)

  • Step 2: Arrange thighs in an oven prood dish, spoon the sauce over the chicken

  • Step 3: Bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes or until the thighs are cooked and well browned

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with the cilantro and serve
