Step 1: Garlic ... Easy roasted garlic. Cut off the top of the garlic, just a small slice and drizzle with olive oil. About 1 teaspoon. Wrap in foil and put in a 400 degree oven for approximately 30-40 minutes until the garlic is tender and soft. Cool and then squeeze out the garlic in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Step 2: Dressing ... Add everything to the roasted garlic and mix well. I prefer to use a small tupperware container so I can just add everything, mix, seal and refrigerate. And when you are ready to serve the dressing, just shake and serve. Also, make ahead if possible, it saves time.
Step 3: Serve ... Serve with grilled romaine or your favorite greens and ENJOY!
