Step 1: Cook rice and keep warm - I use a rice cooker so I cook it ahead of time.
Step 2: Combine chicken stock (or the bouillon cube and water that I used), honey, 1 tablespoon oil and mustard in a saucepan over medium high heat, stirring and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes or until mixture is syrupy, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add remaining oil to pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan, cooking 5-10 minutes each side. Pour honey mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 4: Prepare green beans to desired doneness.
Step 5: Combine remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, butter and drained beans in a bowl and toss; sprinkle with almonds if desired.
Step 6: Serve chicken with rice and green beans.
