Step 3: Put two piles of tomato slices in overlapping fashion side by side in a baking dish
Step 4: And season with black pepper.
Step 5: Mix the mustard with soy sauce and two tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 6: Pour a few spoonfuls of the sauce over the tomatoes.
Step 7: Place the fillets on the tomatoes and spoon over the remaining sauce.
Step 8: Bake 15 to 20 minutes in the oven or until the cod is done.
