Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 to 4 pounds meatballs (small size about 1-inch round meatballs then cooked thoroughly, or 3 -4 lbs Little Smokies sausages)
  • 1 jar (32 ounce) grape jelly
  • 2 jars (12 ounce) chili sauce (I use Heinz Chili Sauce)
  • Cayenne pepper, pinch (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a pot combine the grape jelly with the chili sauce; add in the cooked meatballs and simmer for about 45 minutes uncovered or until the sauce has thickened.

  • Step 2: If you making your own meatball recipe, shape into about 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet.

  • Step 3: Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

  • Step 4: Place in the prepared sauce.
