How to Make

  • Step 1: On a rack place a sheet of foil.

  • Step 2: In a bowl whisk egg whites together until frothy.

  • Step 3: Dip grape clusters into whites to coat.

  • Step 4: Arrange clusters on the rack; sift sugar over grapes, turn to coat on all sides.

  • Step 5: Let grapes stand until dry - at least 2 hours - 8 hours.
