  • 7 ounces green chilies (diced)
  • 6 ounces jalapeno peppers (chopped or drained-reserve juice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (IF DESIRED)
