Step 6: Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment line cookie sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely.
Step 9: In a small bowl, combine the cocoa and powdered sugar. Roll cooled truffles into the mixture.
