  • 2 spring onions (minced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend all the above ingredients.

  • Step 2: Roll a small amount of the pork mixture in a 4 1/2 inches x 3 inches wax paper

  • Step 4: When ready to cook, heat oil in a wok or frying-pan.

  • Step 5: Unwrap the sausages and fry in batches in hot oil until fully cooked.

  • Step 6: Drain on paper towels.
