  • 6 ounces dry linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon minced oregano
  • 1 garlic clove (bruised and peeled)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the linguine according to package directions.

  • Step 2: Drain and put in a serving bowl.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small nonstick skillet.

  • Step 4: Add the parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Reduce the heat and cook until the herbs wilt.

  • Step 6: Discard the garlic.

  • Step 7: Pour the herbed butter over the linguine and toss to coat.

  • Step 8: Serve immediately.
