Step 1: Slice mushrooms through cap and stem.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the mushroom's and cover pan.
Step 3: Cook, stirring occasionally over a medium heat, for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Step 4: Stir in sour cream and seasonings, continue to stir over a low heat until completely heated through and slightly thickened.
Step 5: Sprinkle with paprika and serve with triangles of buttered toast.
