  • 4 (16 ounces) center-cut boneless pork loin chops (lean chops, about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place pork chops in a large shallow dish.

  • Step 2: Combine soy sauce, molasses, and garlic powder; stir well.

  • Step 3: Pour mixture over chops, turning chops to coat.

  • Step 4: Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.

  • Step 5: Prepare grill.

  • Step 6: Remove chops from dish, discarding marinade.

  • Step 7: Place chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray.

  • Step 8: Cover and grill 5 minutes on each side.

  • Step 9: Remove chops from grill, set aside and keep warm.

  • Step 10: Combine mayonnaise and remaining 4 ingredients in a small saucepan.

  • Step 11: Place over low heat, and cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 12: Spoon horseradish sauce over chops.
