Step 1: Place pork chops in a large shallow dish.
Step 2: Combine soy sauce, molasses, and garlic powder; stir well.
Step 3: Pour mixture over chops, turning chops to coat.
Step 4: Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Step 5: Prepare grill.
Step 6: Remove chops from dish, discarding marinade.
Step 7: Place chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray.
Step 8: Cover and grill 5 minutes on each side.
Step 9: Remove chops from grill, set aside and keep warm.
Step 10: Combine mayonnaise and remaining 4 ingredients in a small saucepan.
Step 11: Place over low heat, and cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Step 12: Spoon horseradish sauce over chops.
