Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped very fine
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped very fine
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) bags sliced deli roast beef, diced fine
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the first five ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low heat till cream cheese is melted everything is mixed well; add Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

  • Step 2: Put into some kind of a small crock or baking dish with a cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Serve with crackers (Wheat Thins are very good).
