  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs (Italian seasoned breadcrumbs)

  • Step 2: Arrange fillet in an 11X7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over fish.
