  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumb (fine)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper (1 dash)
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine first 9 ingredients in medium bowl until well mixed.

  • Step 2: Shape into 24 balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  • Step 4: Preheat lightly greased electric grill/skillet for 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: Push 1 ball onto each skewer.

  • Step 6: Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often, until no longer pink inside.
