  • 4 ounces crabmeat (drained and cartilage removed, flaked)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Hot pepper sauce (1 dash)
  • 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
  • Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put first 5 ingredients into small bowl.

  • Step 2: Beat until well combined.

  • Step 3: Shape into ball.

  • Step 4: Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

  • Step 5: Just before serving, place on serving plate.

  • Step 6: Pour cocktail sauce over crab ball.

  • Step 7: Garnish with chives.

  • Step 8: Chill at least 2 hours.

  • Step 9: Add more cocktail sauce as needed.
