  • 1 1/4 pounds potatoes, cubed (red potatoes)
  • 10 ounces ham, cubed (2 cups cooked)
  • 1 cup green peas (frozen, no need to thaw)
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed (1 can)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 2 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Cook potatoes in boiling water; drain.

  • Step 3: In prepared baking dish, combine potatoes, ham and peas.

  • Step 4: Combine remaining ingredients and stir in.

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
