  • 1 pounds potatoes (2 cups cubed, peeled)
  • 2 cups chopped cauliflower (florets, fresh)
  • 1 small yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups milk
  • 13 ounces ham (2 1/2 cups, cooked ham)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 to 1 cup instant potato flakes (depending on how thick you want the soup)
  • Minced fresh parsley, for garnish

How to Make
